Define Cosmetics was founded in 2017 by Rebecca Foster who has worked as a permanent makeup artist and brow specialist since 2010.

 

Rebecca's vision was to create a team of expert beauty professionals within their field providing the highest standards of customer care and treatment results. We endeavour to enhance your natural beauty,  helping you look and feel great!

At Define Cosmetics we pride ourselves on not only our treatments, but also strive to create  friendly warm and relaxing environment for you all to enjoy at our chic salon located in the beautiful Cheshire countryside.

POLICIES

  • STRICT 24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY
    Define Cosmetics understand that circumstances may change, and booking amendments may be necessary, therefore we respectfully request 24 hours notice for cancellations. Please understand if you forget to cancel your appointment within the 24 hours cancellation time, we miss the opportunity to fill that time. A complimentary text and email reminder will be sent 48 hours prior to your appointment, but in the event that they do not reach you due to service fault etc, it is still your responsibility to remember your appointment time. For all HD Brow/Brow Lamination, Lash Lift/Lash Extensions, Makeup and Nail appointments your card details will be captured and securely held. Define cosmetics reserves the right to charge the held card a fee of 50% of the appointment value in the event of a cancellation or rearranging with less than 24 hours notice. No shows will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount. For all permanent makeup treatments, a £45 non refundable booking fee is required and a £30 booking fee for annual boost appointments. 24 hours notice is required if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Please be mindful that these appointments take 1.5-3 hours and such large appointment times are hard to fill at the last minute. if you cancel your appointment 24 hours or more prior to your appointment the booking fee is transferable to another date. For all services you will be allowed to move your appointment once. Subsequent rearrangements will require a new booking fee to be paid. If you cancel your appointment within the 24 hours or no show you will forfeit the booking fee and will be required to pay another booking fee to secure a future date. Our cancellation policy is designed as part compensation for our highly trained, dedicated team members. We rely on our busy schedule to earn a living. Clients will be charged as per the cancellation policy regardless of the reason for cancelling.
  • ARRIVING AT THE SALON
    Please ensure you arrive on time. We will always do our best to accommodate late arrivals by performing the most complete treatment possible in the remaining time. Unfortunately if you arrive 15 minutes late or longer, this will result in cancellation of your appointment and our 24 hour cancellation policy will apply.
  • CHANGE OF MIND
    We will not issue price adjustments or refunds for any change of mind if less than 24 hours. You will be required to pay for the full treatment in the allocated time we have blocked out of our diary.
  • GIFT VOUCHERS
    If you have a gift voucher and do not show, or cancel less than 24 hours before your treatment you will forfeit your voucher
  • OUR RIGHT TO CANCEL
    If we are unable to carry out a treatment through circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to cancel your booking. In this event we will contact you in advance to advise.
  • MINORS
    No children under the age of 11 are permitted in the salon for health and safety reasons, unless agreed prior with your therapist. As all members of our team have their own insurance please also contact them direct to discuss treatments of minors.
  • TREATMENT REFUND POLICY
    Define Cosmetics uphold a no refund policy. Should you be unhappy with the result of a treatment, we will offer to rectify this for free if we deem the reason is due to faulty workmanship. If you refuse, or alter our work we will be unable to rectify the problem.
  • PRIVACY POLICY
    We treat all your personal information as confidential. It is stored on a secure server and we will fully comply with all applicable UK Data Protection and Consumer Legislation.
